Bucharest, 14 February 2026. For the eighth year running, Mr Oprea, Chief Executive Officer of PLM Global, has been named “Coolest Boss”. As every year, the award is confirmed by the inscription on his mug.
The methodology has not changed since 2018: the mug is raised at the Monday morning meeting and attendees confirm the inscription. No objections were recorded.
“Yes, boss.”
“It’s not about me. It’s about the team. But the mug is mine.”
The mug is on permanent display in the CEO’s office. The door is always open. Appointments are made by email.
