PLM Global’s most important internal competition. Since 2019, the group’s branches have met in the mountains every year to celebrate the company’s values: Team, Strategy, Creativity, Surprises.

Four challenges. One trophy.

Four challenges. The team that wins a challenge receives a smile. The team with the most smiles wins the Cup. What happens at teambuilding stays at teambuilding.

Challenge 1: Open-plan orienteering

Teams must find the small meeting room without asking anyone.

Challenge 2: The post-it tower

Vertical construction, although the company prefers horizontal growth.

Challenge 3: The kind-reminder relay

One email passes through the whole team, with everyone in CC. The politest passive-aggressive tone wins.

Challenge 4: The surprise challenge

Announced well in advance, usually on a Friday at 5:45pm.
